Identification Requirement
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., citizenship card or passport) upon check-in.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 00:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may include additional charges.
Reservations and Deposit
Reservations can be made via phone or in person. A deposit may be required at the discretion of the hotel to confirm the booking. The hotel may release unconfirmed reservations after a specified holding period.
Payment Terms
We accept cash and digital wallets. Full payment is due at check-in or check-out as per hotel policy. All prices include applicable taxes and service charges.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may lead to loss of deposit. Eligible refunds will be processed manually within a few business days.
Guest Conduct
Guests must maintain respectful behavior and follow hotel rules. Misconduct, damage to property or disturbance to others may result in eviction without a refund.
Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. Charges for repair, deep cleaning or replacement may apply.
Lost Items and Hotel Responsibility
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items unless they are formally handed over for safekeeping. Lost and found items will be retained for 7 days before disposal.
Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and drinking may not be permitted in all areas or rooms. These activities are allowed only in specific designated places. Guests are kindly requested to follow these guidelines as smoking inside non-smoking rooms may require additional cleaning. This helps ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone.
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been granted by hotel management.
Use of Facilities
Guests must adhere to all posted rules for using hotel facilities such as lounges or rooftop areas. The hotel is not liable for injuries caused by misuse of facilities.
